The Channel Manager module eliminates these problems, updating all sites once a booking has been made within a few minutes. It even handles your invoicing and can send you an SMS message to let you know a booking has been received. It offers your guests multiple channels through which they can make their reservation. Hotel Wizzard and Channel Manager are fully supported sites offering free live technical assistance 365 days a year.
When a phone or walk-in booking is made, the receptionist puts that booking into Hotel Wizzard and the system automatically updates all the sites immediately as well as any online bookings. Hotel Wizzard also has a Day Book which keeps track of all your bookings. For the Office Manager the bookings will appear on the Day Book as they are made by the last minute sites, as well as a guest invoice being created automatically in the system with all relevant guest details.
